Booking a discovery call is the essential first step in ensuring a streamlined and successful project. It’s also a great opportunity for us to get to know eachother!
Every client receives a free 15 minute discovery session before we begin a project. During this time, we’ll discuss what your project is, what business goals the project is designed to meet, and when you need the project delivered by.
If the project is already well-defined and straightforward, 15 minutes may be all we need to get started. However, if you have a less defined idea, that’s okay! To help that idea blossom into a project with clear parameters, a more significant brainstorming session is required.
We offer three discovery session options – please read the descriptions below to determine which session is right for you.

Know exactly what you need and ready to get started? This session is for you.
E.g. you need digital graphic design for a one-off promotion and have a clear vision of what you want.
30-minute Session – $54.50 ex GST
If you have a general idea of what you need but seek guidance and recommendations to make a clear plan for your project, book a 30-minute discovery call.
E.g. You want to be more impactful on social media but need guidance with what marketing collateral you’ll need to get started.
60-minute Session – $109.00 ex GST
Launching a brand new business and feeling overwhelmed about where to begin? Our 60-minute session is ideal for those clients who want the opportunity to brainstorm and clarify their goals.
E.g. You’re at start up stage and need EVERYTHING! Branding, a new website – where do you begin? We’ll create a project roadmap together.
